One of our most loved creations is our sourdough bread, crafted with care using our cherished sourdough starter, affectionately named Perry. Perry has been nurtured with patience and dedication, and he's an essential part of our bakery family. He works hard every day to bring our sourdough to life with a rich, tangy flavor and satisfying texture.

Our Sourdough is made with a simple, honest ingredients list: unbleached flour, water, honey, and a touch of salt. No additives, no shortcuts, just wholesome, time-honored baking.

Each loaf is hand scored by our in-house bake artist to create unique, beautiful patterns, then baked in a cast iron Dutch oven to achieve that signature crust, and soft bread.
